Fictional migration literature is an image of the tension and challenge between characters with the traditions, norms, and policies of the two countries of origin and host. Therefore, in these works, with a critical realist view, we can find a reflection of an objective and accurate experience of reality. This requires comparative research in the field of immigration literature. This research aims to investigate the critical function of the theme of two famous novels of Arabic and Persian literature, "Awlad el-Ghetto: Esmi Adam" by Elias Khoury and "Nocturnal Harmony from The Wood Orchestra " by Reza Ghasemi. to investigate the critical function of the subject with the descriptive and analytical method and based on the American comparative school, and the results of the research show that the same critical topics in the two novels are related to political issues, colonial structures and the role of intellectuals, which in Awlad el-Ghetto 's novel, referring to Historical contexts, social reality is expressed and in Nocturnal Harmony, the issue of colonialism is discussed in a symbolic and allegorical way. Among the social issues raised in the two novels is the issue of the disappearance and marginalization of immigrants, in the novel Awlad el-Ghetto, an issue beyond the disappearance of the immigrant is raised and The issue of Palestinians who are lost in the margins of history is discussed. About cultural issues, two different views can be seen in connection with religious identity in the two novels.
