Comparative literature is a branch of literary criticism that analyzes the similarities and interactions between the literatures of other nations and examines the similarities, influences, and kinship of the works with each other. Therefore, in this comparative analysis, the works of Simin Behbahani and Nazkhul Malakeh are examined in terms of sexism, asexuality and transsexualism, each of which views the position of women from a specific angle. Culture, religion and the way of dealing with women in traditional and modern society, it examines the rights of women in the poems of Nazzul Malakeh and Simin Behbahani with a descriptive-analytical approach.By examining two Persian and Arabic text samples, it was found that there are many problems and limitations in the way of women in terms of culture and society in the era of both poets, which originates from the traditional fabric of society, economic poverty, the traditional patriarchal view, etc. . Women in the era of both poets had many social and cultural restrictions and both poets tried to address women's rights and express their sufferings and problems in their poems. The critical view of both poets on women's rights has shown the high importance of the position of women in the Arab and Iranian society, which they have expressed in a protesting language.
