Ethical principles of publication

The ethical policies of this journal are based on the principles of the International Committee on Publishing Ethics (Cope) and the observance of the ethical charter of the publications of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to which the academic publications are committed.

Also, the Vice Chancellor for Research has full supervision over all articles published in the publications of this university, and all publications are required to comply with the ethical principles of the International Publishing Committee and the policies of the university in this regard.  Authors, judges, academic secretaries and editors must adhere to these ethical principles when working with this journal.

Duties and responsibilities of Journal:

1-This journal of Research in Comparative Literature undertakes that the decisions are made which related  to the submitted essays  are based solely on expert and professional judgments and are far from personal interests.

This journal  is committed to preserving the academic and research records.2-

3- This publication oversees the observance of ethical principles by the editors and scientific secretaries, the editorial board, and the judges.

4- This publication is constantly analyzing articles in terms of plagiarism, fraud and possible misconduct.

5-This publication will make necessary corrections, explanations, and it withdrawals the articles when needed.

This publication will deal with any misuse. 6-

Duties and responsibilities of scientific editors and teachers:

The scientific editors of this journal must keep the transcripts confidential until they are published. 1

2-The editor, scientific secretaries and judges make the decisions regarding the publication or non-publication of a transcript.

The scientific secretaries of this journal must maintain the anonymous principle of the judges. 3-

The scientific editors of this journal must avoid conflicts of interest. 4-

5-The scientific editors of this publication are required to observe scientific protection and try to meet the scientific needs of their readers.

6-The scientific editors of this journal identify plagiarism and possible fraud and provide corrections, explanations, and withdrawals and apologies as needed.

7-The scientific editors of this journal should focus their attention only on rational content.

8-The scientific editors of this journal should not disclose the transcript  information to persons other than authors, responsible authors and judges.

9-Unpublished transcripts  will not be used for personal purposes by academic professors or other members.

Duties and responsibilities of the Editors:

1-The editors of this journal should work with the scientific professors to decide on the publication of the submitted transcripts.

2-Editors who are  invited to this journal  should try to keep the submitted transcripts  confidential.

3- Reviewers  should submit their opinions to the scientific professors to decide whether or not to publish the transcripts in due time.

4-Peer reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality of transcripts  submitted and not to use their information for personal purposes.

5- The reviewers' comments regarding the submitted  transcripts  should be technical and specialized.

6- Editors should not review transcripts in which there is a conflict of interest with one of the authors, companies, or institutions.

7- Reviewers must disclose the conflicts of interest.

 

Duties and responsibilities of the authors:

1-Before submitting an article, the authors should be informed about the publishing rules of this magazine. After the final approval of the article for publication (Accept), it is not possible to change the order, number, responsible author and organizational affiliation of the authors (including: department / faculty and university) ....

2-The names of the authors in the articles extracted from the dissertation should be observed according to article 40 of the instructions on how to investigate research violations, respectively, the name of the student, the supervisor (s) and the supervisor (s).

3-Transcripts should not be published elsewhere (except as an abstract or part of a lecture, review article, or dissertation) or reviewed by another publication.

4- The responsible author must ensure the consent of the other co-authors.

5-Another responsibility of the authors is to obtain the assurance and permission of the institution to which the submitted copy relates.

6- One of the conditions for sending a transcript is that the authors permit it to be edited for greater readability.

7- The authors are expected to summarize the sponsor to implement and prepare the research process.

8-The Moral Commitment Form must be signed by the authors.

9-In open access journals, authors have the right to own their article, but they also allow the public to download, publish, and distribute their article.

10-All authors of a transcript must agree that the authors who are  responsible for the subsequent revision process after sending thetranscript.

11- When the author or authors see a transcript with a significant error, they should immediately notify the scientific secretary of the journal to correct it.

12- Because plagiarism is a serious and immoral mistake, all authors should be aware that transcripts which are  sent to this publication may be analyzed by plagiarism software.

13- All authors should study the process of submitting a transcript  to this journal.

Examples of violations of publishing ethics by the authors:

1-Plagiarism: Plagiarism means the intentional use of another person's articles or ideas in one's own name. Even using another person's sentence or previous sentences without mentioning the source is considered theft. All copies submitted to this publication are reviewed by plagiarism software.

2-Data Making and Distortion: Data fabrication is when the researcher has not done a study in practice but presents data and conclusions.

3- Simultaneous submission: When a copy is sent to two publications.

4-Duplicate submission: Occurs when two or more articles have the same assumptions, data, and results.

5--Duplicate submission (additional): means dividing a study into multiple articles and submitting them.

6--Misrepresentation of another author: All authors listed in the article must contribute to it.

7-Manipulation of resources: When several sources are mentioned in the final part of a copy, while they are not mentioned in the content of the text.
